The child has a severe disability. When the war began in Ukraine, the family moved to Germany. The boy is being treated by doctors at D\u00fcsseldorf University Hospital. At present, the German doctors have done everything they can to help Vova.<br \/>\nA new method of treating epilepsy, the RNS stimulator, has now been developed in the United States. In Germany, this stimulator is implanted only in adults. In the United States and Canada, it is also used for children. Texas Children\u2019s Hospital has agreed to accept Vladimir for examination and will cover all medical expenses. However, help is needed to pay for the tickets. The flights cost about 4,500 euros.<br \/>\nVolunteer help is also needed in Frankfurt on September 13\u201315 \u2013 with accommodation and interpreting at the embassy.
