MARCH 2025

Dear friends!
We congratulate you all with the advent of spring, with warmth and hope! May love, mercy, and tenderness towards ourselves and others become our principles and guiding thread in a world full of violence, injustice, and pain. Thank you for opposing it with your kind deeds. With your help and the support of volunteers, we were able to assist in paying or the tickets to get home after the medical examination of ANNA ABRAMOVA, 10 years old, Russia, congenital heart defect; medications for VASILISA DEGTYAREVA, 6 years old, Russia, epilepsy, cerebral palsy.

In March, our help is awaited by:

MARIA LEONTYEVA, 6 years old, Russia, Moscow.
Diagnosis: SMA Type 1.
Masha was born a healthy child, but after four months, her parents noticed that their daughter was falling behind in physical development. They turned to doctors, but the neurologist did not find anything significant and recommended massages. After a few massage sessions, Masha stopped crawling. After genetic testing, the diagnosis of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) Type 1 was confirmed. The parents are doing everything possible to save their daughter. However, the treatment cannot be done in Russia. Now, the girl needs to visit a specialist at the Charité Clinic in Berlin, Germany. The cost is 2,700 euros.
EVANGELINA DUDNIKOVA, 15 years old,Russia, Krasnodar Region.
Diagnosis: Encephalopathy, epilepsy, scoliosis grade 4.
Evangelina was born with complications and was in intensive care from the first days of her life, where she was diagnosed with encephalopathy. Despite doctors’ observations and treatment, her condition worsened, and seizures started. Over time, the girl has developed kyphosis. During the time of pandemic, it evolved into grade 4 scoliosis. The surgery that was planned in Germany had to be performed in Russia because of her poor health. Despite all difficulties, Evangelina maintains the ability to walk with support and is very happy when she manages to do so. She has undergone six surgeries, and now she urgently needs rehabilitation. Evangelina is ready to receive treatment at the TeraReha Rehabilitation Center in Ratingen. The cost for three weeks of rehabilitation is 6,600 euros.

ALEXANDRA SUMETS, 10 years old, Ukraine, Kharkiv Region.
Diagnosis: CLOVES Syndrome.
We have helped Sasha and her family multiple times. Alexandra has a rare genetic condition – CLOVES syndrome. She needs to take Rapamune medication on a permanent basis. This time, we need to purchase. The cost for this medication is 300 euros.

Dear friends, We are beginning preparations for the next DobroMore rehabilitation session for families who have experienced a child’s illness. This will be our 6th session. Participation in the program is free for the beneficiaries, and the work of specialists and volunteers is done on a voluntary basis and is not paid for. However, we need about 15,000 euros to cover the costs of accommodation, food, and transfers for the participants. To raise the necessary amount, we plan to hold a CHARITY AUCTION on APRIL 27. We invite all of you, along with your friends and acquaintances, to take part! The auction lots will include not only items and works of art made by craftsmen, but also psychological consultations, photo shoots, excursions, breakfasts with interesting people, rest in a guesthouse in Montenegro, and much more. Treat yourself and do a good deed for others! More details will appear soon on our website, dobromore.eu. If you have something to contribute to the auction – be it a craft, painting, your personal excursion, a designer dress, a painting course, or a dance lesson – please write to us at dobromore2019@gmail.com or contact our coordinator by phone: +49 176 61409024.

HURRY TO DO GOOD!
Warm hugs,
Yours, Alina Titova
