Dear friends!
I congratulate everyone on the past holidays. I wish all of us to keep in our hearts a piece of Christmas joy and hope throughout the year! May doing good become our contribution to this world that is now experiencing a sharp shortage of love and mercy.

We gratefully remember everyone who helped us to help during the past year. Throughout the year our volunteers and friends in different cities and countries supported those who were in need.
This year we received 28 new requests. In 20 cases help was needed for children, in 8 – for adults. Four requests came from refugee families. Out of those who applied, 21 families have already received all necessary assistance, the rest continue to be in progress.

We helped to pay for the treatment. January 2026
Age: 12 y. o.
Residence: Kazakhstan
Diagnosis: Cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, GMFCS level V
Needs: Surgery in China
Funds to raise: EUR 18,000
From early childhood Ignat has been fighting his illness. He recently underwent hip osteotomy surgeries. Doctors warn that without further treatment and rehabilitation, contractures will worsen, especially during the period of hormonal growth. One treatment option is the installation of a baclofen pump, but unfortunately this method is not available in Kazakhstan. Doctors recommend surgery followed by mandatory rehabilitation in China. Ignat has preserved intellectual abilities, attends a regular school, and is now in 5th grade. His mother is raising him alone; he has no close relatives and no financial means to pay for the surgery and the long rehabilitation needed to secure the results. Amount needed: €18,000.

Helped pay for diagnostics and treatment. December 2025
Age: 4 y. o.
Residence: Belarus
Diagnosis: bilateral retinoblastoma (cancer of both eyes)
Needs: Genetic test in Germany
Funds to raise: EUR 3,000
We have already supported Mark before. In 2021, he was diagnosed with eye cancer. Treatment in Minsk failed, but therapy in Switzerland stabilized his condition.
Now Mark urgently needs a genetic test to confirm or revise earlier Belarusian results, which the professor doubts. The outcome of this test will determine the future course of treatment.
The clinic has issued an invoice of €3,000.
